EASIEST INDIVIDUAL S'MORES PIE

Updated: Sep 12, 2019

This is hands down one of the most delicious desserts ever, and it takes only a few minutes to make. These easy individual s'mores pies will have everyone asking for seconds.

S'mores represent summer time, but with this recipe s'mores are no longer something that you need a campfire for. These individual s'mores pies can be made in a matter of minutes, and you can serve them up at your next dinner party during any season.

WHAT IS A S'MORE?

A s'more is traditionally made by roasting a marshmallow over a campfire and then creating a sandwich with graham crackers and chocolate. This individual s'mores pie recipe is still made with all of the traditional ingredients, but put together a bit different.

I actually have lots of s'mores recipes that will be going live next week in honor of National Marshmallow Roasting Day. I teamed up with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and The Every Hostess to create some delicious s'more inspiration that will be coming your way soon.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A S'MORES PIE?

This s'mores pie is made by using individual graham cracker crusts. You can pick these individual pie crusts up at your local grocery stores. Then, take chocolate and melt it in the microwave with butter. After the chocolate is melted, pour it into the crusts and top with mini marshmallows. Next, place the pies on a sheet pan and broil in the oven until golden brown. If you have a kitchen torch, you can also use that to brown the marshmallows. Then, grab a spoon and enjoy!

OTHER WAYS TO MAKE S'MORES WITHOUT A CAMPFIRE

There are lots of other s'mores recipes recipes out there that still give you delicious chewy goodness, but don't require a fire. One of my absolute favorites that I recently tried was a delicious recipe for no bake s'mores bars by the lovely College Housewife. I made these bars for a party and everyone raved about them.
